925 sterling silver pearl jewelry, starfish ring

My 24-year-old daughter was so excited to receive this for her birthday in October. She absolutely loved it and wore it every day. Sadly, it broke in 6 weeks. I emailed Coastal Sea Treasures in December and January and have not heard back from them (I am writing this in March and sent another email today). While this is a beautiful piece of jewelry, do not buy it if you want to wear it more than just for short special occasions. Very disappointed in the durability of this ring and their customer service. For the amount paid, it should have lasted more than 6 weeks. Her Claire's ring that was very similar did not break, it just tarnished, but lasted about the same amount of time, if not longer. Buyer beware.
